Missing Parents

Searching for the parents of a Harriet(te) Trounson / Trounsen born 1818 possibly on Isle of Guernsey. I assume Guernsey since she married a Samuel/ Sam'l Ellis (born ca 1813 - 1818 at Isle of Guernsey).

Any leads or snippets of information will be most appreciated. Thanks.

Have you ever tried checking through the Archives yourself ?? if you happen to know any addresses or different spellings .... you might get lucky ! .... I found bancruptcy papers from early 1800's ...... !!  - I was a happy camper !!

Where do you keep finding all these wonderful and informational sites? I try google and just get plain "run of the mill sites".     

You must spend hours (if not more) time on the web locating / finding obscure (in my most humble opinion) sites.

I just wish I had the time to do the same ...
