where to look for DIVORCE records 1760-1830

Is there any records recording divorce or separation 1760-1830 East Lothian if so where do I look for them.  Fiona

in the National Archives of Scotland, in the "On Line Catalogue". Only nemes will be given online who was defendant etc.

Thanks for your replies.National Archives on line I have not used,it looks very complicated,any idea what would I search for.  Fiona

When on the NAS site, on the left hand side here is a menu, click on "Catalogues and indexes"
Then in the paragraph, "Online Public Access catalogue" hit the link underlined in the paragraph. Be patient , it may take a minute or two to open.
When catalogue page opens, select "Search" on top banner. Again be patient. it takes a little while.
Input "name" in the AnyText box,leave it as a Phrase and search, I think there maybe a problem at NAS tonight, it is slower than normal.
