Hallo,
my ancestor Thomas Owen was born in Bishopsgate on 11 November 1775 and baptised at St Botolph Without Aldersgate on the 1st of December. His parents were William and Mary.
I am wondering (and hoping) if the actual baptismal register gives more information on the parents, such as possible address or occupation of father.
Thomas, who died in 1851, was an historical engraver by profession and I am hoping that his father was too.
Is anyone able to look this up for me?
I live in Germany for work at the moment so it is difficult to hop on a bus and go into London these days
