Date of photo please!

I have a small photo approx 6x9cms mounted on card  with "Southwell Brothers, Photographers Royal, 16 & 22 Baker Street London" printed on the back . Has anyone any ideas about the date please?

In the 1880s London's Baker Street was considered "a photographic resort". The Photographic News (10 April 1884, p. 232) ascribed the origins of this to Southwell Brothers which "it may be remembered, kept three studios going all day long. From seventy to one hundred pounds daily were the average takings of the big Baker Street firm". W. F. Southwell died in 1883 he was described "as managing what was...perhaps the highest class photographic establishment".

I was honestly going to say this before Newfy posted the info to confirm it!  ;D
The style of portrait (small picture, lots of white space, soft vignette) all point to a date in the early 1860s.

Now all I need to do is find where he fits in to my family tree.
