grandad's photo with selotape!

can some kind soul repair my granddad's photo, i found it in an album stuck down with selotape!

if it is at all possible , can a little colour be added?

You're welcome Joe. I haven't cleaned his face up much as I think it would take away from the character of the photo but I can give him a smooth clean look if you want.
