I have rec'd marriage cert for Wihelmina Olive Brooks parents =
William Henry Brooks + Florence Elizabeth Olive

his father is John Thomas Brooks.
They married m.17th July1909 Sleaford
on my last post i said i am having trouble in finding out where and how to trace William Henry Brooks after Florence died in 1912. also his father John Thomas Brooks and mother.
I have found on 1871 census John T Brooks b 1865 Dogdyke Lincs (to Thomas & Elizabeth)
In 1881 census John Brooks Farm servant Ferry Lane Tattershall
then cannot trace him in Lincolnshire.
In 1891 census in Doncaster [16 high st buildings.]
I found entry JT Brooks LE Brooks (wife) GA Brooks (son 2) CF Brooks (son 1)
this may be a connection as Wilhelmina [my gran] was born in Doncaster in 1910.
His son tho, William Henry Brooks
[Whilhelmina's dad, my gran]
is staying with grandparents Thomas & Elizabeth in1891 & 1901 census age 5 & 15 respectivley.
I know my gran and her sister Laura were adopted by Olive relatives in Billinghay after Florence died in 1912.
Can you help me trace what happened to William Henry Brooks and rest of family. any decendants I am in a bit of a pickle hope I have explained it enough for you to help
