1871 Lookup - COOPER & LOGSDAIL
« on: Monday 05 February 07 06:01 GMT (UK) »
Looking for two families who are connected  by marriage, I already have them in 1851 and 1861 but seem to have acquired more children

Joseph Cooper b 1816and wife Anne living is Digswell.  Should have a Noah and a Frances living with them and perhaps some older children.  If   Thomas b abt 1856 is not at home, would also like to know where he is living.

The other family is William Logsdail b 1821  and wife Sarah living at Stanstead Abbotts. Again have a number of Children including Emma b 1860. Sometimes called Logsdale/Logsdell.  Emma Logsdail and Thomas Cooper married in 1880 and have found them ok in 1881 census.

Thanks

Thanks for the two entries found. The Logsdails - another variation on the spelling and not one I have seen before  but in this game, one shouldn't be surprised at anything.

thanks again
