BALL and TURNER families

I am looking for any relative to a SARAH BALL and a WILLIAM TURNER. SARAH BALL came from Ireland and WILLIAM TURNER came from Scotland. Not sure if they married it says they were on their son young WILLIAM’S birth certificate but not sure. Can anyone help me; I seem to have hit a dead end. Thank you any information and help would be greatly appreciated.

The area in which Trevor Street is situated is actually called Newtown. It is an area in Castleton, Rochdale. I know that this does not help directly to find any relatives but at some point it may help to avoid confusion with other areas in Lancashire which are called Newton.

william junior was born on 16th march 1916 in trevor st rochdale, lancashire.
HIs dad william senior  and mum sarah turner formally ball were what was on the certificate thats all I know about them.
I have been tracking these people down for 8 years or so and getting no where fast. Any help greatly appreciatted.
