Hi,
has anyone any idea what a 10 yr old boy would do in a Stamping Mill in 1763?
I know it was a place where tin ore was crushed by "Stamps"

 that second link really explains the process poor little mite it looks like he spent his days beating Keeves with a mallet no wonder he moved on after 2 years though he moved down  the mine which wasn't a picnic either.
Now I need a picture of a "Mill"
