marriage look up

HI All

trying to help someone out with their tree and I'm sorry but there's not much to go on  but hoping someone maybe able to help.
Trying to find the marriage of Mary Josephine Symington (born 1894 Ireland probably Dublin) and Edward Bristow (born 1891 Quadring, Lincolnshire) Think the marriage will be sometime after 1911.  Edward and Mary settled in Grimsby after their marriage so not really sure if marriage will be in Spalding district or Grimsby.

Sorry it a bit vague, thanks in advance for any help
