He is down as Perry in 1871

This seems to be his family in the 1841 census

They seem to have been orphaned on the 1851 census.  Then Stella died aged 24.

Percy died in Tasmania in 1890 but he married in England in Nov 1885 Richmond to Emily Russel.

Oh well, I had an hour to spare! 

Stella died in 1870 in Hampstead reg district, so maybe they had relatives nearby?
