I have just found my gg uncle's war record on Ancestry and it would appear that prior to the war, he had served with the 3rd Lincolnshire Regiment, which I understand was known as the North Lincolnshire Militia and that he was in the Boer war. Does anyone know where I might be able to get further information on this militia?
