Gibbons/Gibbens/Gibbins family Parwich

Hi I am looking for information on an Ellen Gibbons born in Parwich between 1804 and 1811. Can't be more precise as her age on the 1851 census was 40 but a death record I found on her says she died 1876 age 69. Can only find a chr record of an Eleanor Gibbens in Parwich 1811 but not sure if she is one and the same. All I know about my Ellen is she married Henry Jones in Ashbourne abt 1832. Any help on her would be most appreciated. Thanks Anjo
