Looking for birth/bapt details of William Hammett born circ 1750, also a marriage for him to a Sarah pre 1775.  He died Tolpuddle.

yep, nothing, guessing records destroyed in Blanford fire.  Just thought someone might have come across something in BT's.

One of the Tolpuddle Martyrs was a James Hammett ... might have been Williams son ?  Or a nephew ??

baptised tolpuddle dorset to william hammett and sarah -
male child bapt 20th july 1777
william bapt 12th march 1780
james bapt 3rd nov 1782
james bapt 11th july 1785

Thanks, I have these.  He either was not born or wed in Tolpuddle or the records destroyed in Blandford fire.

Hi I'm trying to find connections to William Hammett too. I have Hammetts in my history living in Winterborne Whitechurch around the time of William, and I was wondering if there was a connection between the two families.
