Could someone please help as I am new to this site.
I have a relative whose name is Charlotte Whitehorn nee Carter who was born in 1813 in Surrey she was married to a James Whitehorn born1811 in Surrey. Do I have to travel to Surrey to find out her Mother and Fathers details and look in the parish records many thanks
