Casey QLD Lookup

Hi

I thought I had found all of the children for Thomas William and Catherine Casey. But after receiving some files I have found that there should be another 3 children. The children that I have so far are Thomas (b. 1883), John Rigney (b.1884), Clifford Henry (b.1885), Charles Vincent (b.1887), Alice (b.1889), William Edward (b. 1891) and Cyril Sarsfield (b. 1897).

The other 3 children that I have not found are thought to be born about 1890, 1894 and 1898. I have a few names that might be of use. Jane Elizabeth, Leo George and Valentine. If someone could please look up these 3 births, it would be most appreciated.

                 Died: 28 Jan 1893/004148.

Jane Elizabeth (Twin) Born: 22 Dec 1892/010718

Leo George Born: 16 Mar 1894/010454.

Hi,
Valentine's service records appears on the National Archives Australia website and he was an officer in the AIF.
The file contains interesting information with addresses of friends and family.
His brother Leo was also  an officer.
There are other names archived for people born in Brisbane who enlisted for ww2 and have Valentine as their Next Of KIn

Leo George is also at Lutwyche.  He died 1961 @ 67 years.
I think he is alone.

WOW everyone that info is great. My mother had twins and I had wondered where they sprung from. This is now the third set of twins that I have found. I am very impressed.

I am not sure when the records stop but is it possible to look up marriages and deaths for these children?? If it is too late i will try and contact the the archives for QLD and get a search.

I am sorry for all of the requests but I have just found something else that I need to check! I think I have found another siblings burial in Toowong cemetery. I need to check that this is the right person possibly by a marriage record.

Thomas Charles William Casey m Gwenelian ?

Thomas was born in 1883 and died 1930 so the mariage would be in tis period.

I'm sure a chatter will be able to help you with the marriage, but I found this when I enterered the unusual name of GWENELIAN Casey in a NAA search.
DARRELL Casey enlisted in the Airforce for ww2 in 1944.
He was born 17/3/23
Born Brisbane
He was not married
Lists his mother as NExt of Kin - GWENELIAN
She lives at Rainworth, Brisbane.
Says on one of his forms that his father is/was of Irish descent, Australian born & Australian.  No name given that I can see for father, but appears to be deseased 
Mother Welsh descent, Australian born, Australian.

[His mother loses or burns his discharge paper by 1948 and he has to apply for copy of details!!!!!  He wants to apply for a govt. loan to build a house.]

Not much to go on, but there may be some clues there for starters.
