Interested in finding his parents names

Hi, there i have looked on Familyhistoryonline & IGI for you just now and there are no matches would it be possible that Charles was bapt. elsewhere or Charles was a Pseudynom?
is he consistent with his year of birth and place of birth throughout the census'?
