Wedding day photos in need of restoration Please

Hi

I wonder if anyone can restore & make special these only remaining photos of my parents wedding day.

They are coming to visit next week & I would love to surprise them not only with the family tree now back to 1460 on dads side but with some super photos of their wedding day in 1960.

Can you scan and post them seperately
Also when scanning (at at least 300dpi), do a prescan and then select the area to be scanned before making the final scan.  This gets rid of the unwanted white surround
