Jake,
In the 1871 census they still lived at 13 Malthouse Rd
but Issac was a Railway Porter so I don't think he will have owned the boat. On the 1881 they are both 68 but on the 1871 Issac is 68 and Rebecca 58, they also have a son George age 19 who must have been the youngest.
It also says Issac was born in Wolverhampton Staff and Rebecca in Worcester, Oldbury.
So Isacc age could give a birth date of abt 1812 or 1802 as I have also found the possible marriage:-
Issac Moore married Rebecca Nicholls  11th June 1832 at St Martins Birmingham.
Two possible births for Rebecca:-
Born 17th March 1813.Christening 19th April 1813 St Philips Birmingham of Joseph and Hannah
If they are canal folk it could explain a Worcester birth and a late Christening once they got home. Christenings normally take place within a few days of birth in this period, birth and christening dates may have a reason written in the church records for delay.Worth checking!
Christening 7th Aug 1814 St Lawence Darleston of Thomas and Mary
Sorry I cant find any birth for Issac at present in Tipton but if he was of canal folk he could have been Christened any place along the canal system and we are not sure of his age.
Hope it helps,
Charlie

Jake,
Looking for Issac born 1802 has given us a result
Isaac Moor christened 3 June 1802 St Peters Wolverhampton mother Eve Moor
With just the mother present it once again points to canal folk as Dad my have been away making his living.
