The Mona Hotel, Amlwch
« on: Thursday 08 March 07 00:00 GMT (UK) »
Hi

Does anyone know if the above hotel still exists?

Sorry, I don't have a street address, I got this info from a death cert and the husband is listed as being the proprietor (Nov 1914).

Thanks

Bren

Hi Jude

What a great site.
I had a quick look through the list of 19thC pubs and taverns and found a "Mona Tavern", but it seems it went out of existence before 1891.

Will have to spend a lot more time perusing the pages.

Many thanks

Bren
