Everyone has done a great job restoring this photograph - each version highlights something different and wondeful in the photograph.  In each - a beautiful, happy, loving family shines through.  I can see why your Mum would keep it in her handbag close at hand.  If you printed this out and put it in a frame it would make a beautiful Mother's Day gift.

Thanks Lones,  :D :D

I saw they were having problems in the beginning, but there are some other nice restores that beat me to it  ;)

Tony may be coming home Tuesday if the procedure goes as scheduled, fingers crossed  :)

I may not have too much spare time for the first week or so, but will definately try to post more,

How can I thank all you guys! You've all done an amazing job with mums photo. I'm going to give her the choice and then put it in a frame for her tomorrow for Mothers Day.

Thank you one and all from the bottom of my heart!

Hi Sheila,

Best regards George
Scan at 300 plus for restores please. Scan at larger dpi for small photos. Don't forget to crop the scanner bed out! (Them's the white bits)
Please feel free to alter any work by me for the benefit of the Poster.

Just to let you know that my Mum was amazed at what you guys had been able to do with her photo! She was so pleased - it's going to get pride of place now on her photo wall.

I should warn you though - she's looking out some more!!!

Thank you all so much.
