Hi,
 could someone find this girl and her family for me.
In 1841 she and her mother were living in Houghton Regis in the house of Robert and Phebe Janes.The mother Caroline ( or Carealine)may have remarried to a James Allen.

Caroline(or Carealine)TIMMS(or TIMS)-age c 27-30-born Stanbridge?

Hi,
The second family is  the Caroline I'm looking for.
But now I'm  wondering who the parents of Pheobe were.Have I got a new Caroline Timms in my tree who's throwing a spanner in the works-lol

  Hi Trisha....

  Caroline b 1817 Stanbridge on IGI has John and Martha as parents. They are in Stanbridge in 1841 age 55 and 45 respectfully.No mention of Phoebe on IGI.
  I think Stanbridge records are available in Leighton Library so I may get chance at the weekend to have a look.

many thanks for that.
The Caroline ,b 1817 ,parents John and Martha TIMMS is one of 2 on my tree but the only one of the right age to qualify as Julias " mum in the 1841 census.So if that is the right one then Pheobe must be Caroline's sister.Thats where I get unstuck who's Pheobe?.I can't find her anywhere.So any help is very gratefully recieved.

If her 1851 age is correct-ish, then she's born c1814 - the 2nd batch of Stanbridge Registers on the IGI start 1813, so she's not MEROADEY is she ?

Theres no TIMMs in the 1st batch .....

just a thought ?
