Father: George Dixon      Mother:  Esther
I Know she had 3 brothers & 3 Sisters

I believe she married a Smith (nice easy name!! HA, HA)  and who like to find out who her husband was!!

Have you any idea where she was born? - or where the marriage took place?

Have know idea where she was born only that it was 31 July 1803?

Her mothers name:  Esther  Father:  George Dixon

Sorry Sue, being as you did not know where she was born I wrongly  assumed that you did not have all the details of the family.

Maybe either Jane or her husband came from Gillingham :-\

Im searching for the in formation of William Dixons sister Jane Dixon
Born 31 July 1803 Christened 21 August 1803 in her sister in laws Will it has her as "Jane Smith sister of my late husband" And she had a daughter Jane Eccleston ,son William Smith,  and another daughter Sarah Bell!

Did any of the family remain in Gillingham?

When was the sister in law's will written ie. can we assume that Jane and her known children were alive at that date?

When/where did Jane's brother William marry?  Might that give a clue as to where Jane may have married?

I have no idea where the rest of Williams siblings went!

Jane was the only one mentioned in the will.

William & Elizabeth married sept 1844 St Olave.

William (Husband) Died before his wife Elizabeth, She born in City of London
And Deaths 2nd March 1897 Dover but her residence was 29 Upper Fant Road Maidstone. This couple track back to the 1851 Maidstone census.

The will was drawn up 4 Nov 1896.
I would say they were alive.
