1841 census - Charney
« on: Saturday 24 March 07 18:26 GMT (UK) »
I am trying to find Caroline Herbert in the 1841 census.  She was born around 1822-23 and her father was Thomas Herbert born around  1794.  They were both born in Charney and living there in 1851.

Any sightings would be great.

Thanks
BH

Hello Suz,

The top one certainly seems to fit the bill.

Many thanks
Barbara

possibly the bottom one is your Caroline too-as it looks as if she was "in service"
