Hello everyone,
Can anyone please help me with info on Charles Lockyer, I found him on 1901 census Branksome - Charles Lockyer abt 1870 Alderholt with Emma M Lockyer and Hilda Lockyer. Emma being his wife and i know her name was Emma Marie Smart before marriage. 1891 census Bournemouth - Charles Lockyer abt 1870 Aldershot, Hamps he was a lodger with the Toop Family. Have not been able to find him on 1881 there is so many Lockyers, any info would be great.

I think taht you will have to purchase the marriage certificate to come up with his parentage. If there are as you say, so many to choose from, it's probably the only way to differentiate.
