« on: Monday 29 November 04 22:17 GMT (UK) »
Hi
can anyone find the following people? They are very likely to be in either Foulden or Upwell.

Thomas PALMER-born Foulden circa1833
Elizabeth HOWARD-born Upwell circa  1837.However by 1861 she may be Thomas' wife.I'm not sure.
also:-
Robert PALMER-born 1802-Foulden
Jemima PALMER-his wife-born circa 1795-Foulden
Thomas HOWARD-born circa 1797-Upwell
Charlotte HOWARD-his wife-born circa 1798-Pentney

Many thanks to anyone who can help me with this. It's very much appreciated.

Hi Anjo,
thanks for all the info it's wonderful.I'll take your advice and look in Cambs for the 1861 info on Upwell.Foulden's in the middle of Norfolk so if I'm going to find it anywhere it'll be in that county's records.
However, one piece of information I must thank you even more for.In the 1851 census of Foulden you found Thomas Palmer.a shepherd aged 80 and his wife Margaret. It say's his place of birth is Higham,Suffolk. Many thanks.I couldn't find where he had been born. You've kind of demolished a brick wall for me.
Take care,
Trisha.
