  My great grandfather,James Hogan was born in Arklow in 1826 or 1827. He imigrated to Canada in 1847. His parents were James Hogan and Mary Fox. I would like information on James Hogan born 1826 or 1827, like baptism, names of brothers and sisters and parish if possible. Thankyou for your help.

Do you know the religion? You have to go to parish records for births as old as this. Arklow catholic baptism records are  available from 1817 in the NAtional Library.

someone in akrlow told me this lady which i thought was peggy leonard was no longer with us but this was my mistake.. so sorry.. it was a genunie mistake
