Dear Tati, Excellent. I confirm that this information does relate to our family tree and at the moment we only have a son William Henry Packer, born 23 Jan 1864,  listed in our tree so the extra names are news to us. What we are trying to do is find out where Charlotte died. This may help us in a dispute over where William Henry Packer was born. My brother James's research shows Cheriton Fitzpaine in Devon. However in my research the census's show his birth in Teignmouth in Devon. Of course we are not at loggerheads over this but we both do want to have accurate records. Thank you for your help and if you did happen to know where Charlotte died then that would be a great help. Of course if we can be of any help to your goodself then please get in touch. OK, Bob H

Well, I'm a bit at loss because I can't find them after 1861

There's a birth in the March quarter 1864
Crediton registration district (which covers Cheriton Fitzpaine)
William Henry Packer 5b 439

Dear Tati, Thank you. There are two William Henry Packers on the 1864 census. One, our William born on 23 January 1864, and the other born at the end of March but no relation.
Our William then moved up to Teeside, or Middlesbrough as it was then, where he and his wife Eleanor, nee Blakelock, raised a family of ten children one of whom was my Mother Ivy Irene Packer. Many thanks, Bob h
