Looking for Stephen MASTERS born 1838, Newport, Gwent in 1861, 1871 census.
Probably Bedminster or Bristol

In 1861 he may well have been married to either Emma or Sarah

By 1871 there would have been 5 children born between 1862 and 1871.

In 1881 they all lived at 14 Herbert Street, Bristol
