Looking for Margaret Mchale
« on: Tuesday 17 April 07 16:58 BST (UK) »
I have Margaret listed on the 1901 census b 1855 Lancs, shown as head of household, but not widowed.
Residing at Mary St, Hulme, Manchester, with her children
Edward Oswald b 1881
Thomas b 1877 (married to Sarah)
Margaret b 1883
Gertrude b 1889
I can't get any further back than 1901- although all children are recorded as being born in Manchester.... can anybody help! :
 :)

I'm searching but not finding!!  :P

I see that Edwards is Edward Owen McHale in 1901.
This should be his birth:
Edward Owen McHale
Jun 1880 - Chorlton - 8c 908

Yup, that is Grandad Edward, do you have any personal connection with the Mchale's? and where on earth did that photo come from?

No, sorry to say, I haven't got any McHales in my tree...
(I chose easier names  ;D)

Have you got Edward's birth cert, to tell Margaret's maiden name?
