Hello Everyone..
Have a interest in the Manning family of Guernsey.
Tracing of family history so far as thrown up the Manning family in Oldham Lancs and Cheshire from 1860. Father John Manning (1807/1808)mother Martha Manning (1815/1816)daughters Caroline(1843/44)Charlotte(1846/47) Harriet (1841/42) all show Guernsey as place of birth. Martha (my GtGtGrandmother) show Stafford as her birthplace. Youngest sister (found so far) Angelina (1858/58) has Stockport Cheshire as her place of birth. A well travelled family it would appear. Have records of this family on the 1881, some on the 1891 but would love to know if anyone has a interest..anyone know anything on the Guernsey link....
