Had to put this up! It is from an alphabet book, 1837, based on street cries of London.



It's taken from a collection of trade ephemera from the Oxford Bodleian Library of tradesmen's cards, bills, signs, etc. from 1654 to 1860 in the UK. The above picture comes from the Juvenilia section.
