Hi I am looking for ROSE  family links.
In Dudley-Old Hill-Cradley Heath so Worcs and Staffs sort of area.
Great Grandfather was Arthur Rose b 1874 and his father William Rose 1852.....
Would particularly like to find descendants of either of these above.

Hello,

There are a lot of Rose families in that area so not sure if this is the one but, the 1861 census of Halesowen shows a William H Rose born 1852 to William Rose b. 1828 and Ann Millward (b ?? and married 1846). The William Rose b. 1828 is my g.g. grandfather, William H was the older brother of my ancestor. Hope that helps. Still working to determine if there is a connecttion to a William Rose who seems to have been married in St. Giles Rowley Regis in 1760.
