Is this Jane Ager died 32 years of age, Jan 10th 1861, at Route de St Jean, wife of Pierre Langlois?

Yes, I believe you have found her! Do you have any other information regarding family - especially parents.  This is very exciting!
Many thanks
David

Sorry, but that's all I know about Jane!  Her roots have eluded me too.  It was suggested by the researcher that perhaps her surname was really AUGER or another variation but I haven't gone down that track yet, though.

Good luck.

Sue

Hi David,
Just noticed your request, you may already have this but on the death entry I have from the death entry in the civil registration I have Jane's father's name as John.  No mother was listed, obviously the family couldn't remember it.  In the death entry her surname is spelt as Ager.
Hope this helps,
Lorna
