Thanks for the info, i have surprised myself with that one , i had a bet with myself that it was Royal Engineers , King George v1 , well i dont know if they had different King George thingys or not, but at least i have got better at identifying them,

Yes kind of.  It's the motto of said Corps. Means swift and sure, or to those of us from the Corps it was "It's quicker by post"   :)
