Richards Haverfordwest 1800 to present day

I'm looking for information about the Richards family from Walwyn's Castle. I think James Richards married Jane Rees in 1853.
Their son James married Sarah Smith who was born in Great Bowden Leicestershire and I'd be interested if anyone could think of a link between these two places.
Farming is the only possibility I've thought of so far. The marriage of James & Sarah was in 1876 in Great Bowden.
