Hi,
  Very little is known at this time -- I am hitting a lot of dead ends with my McCann search in Meath so I thought I might start to research my Mothers line -- she is unsure of the McKeaney / Cummins origins -- it seems they may be even harder to trace back to Ireland than my McCann's.  I'll post more info when I have some better leads --- thanks for your interest,
