OK, how about early October for the meet, it will be slightly warmer without it being hot.  I def cant do anything in July so that's out.

October is fine with me.  Are we talking week day or week end?  Work starts to get busy after the Sept/Oct school holidays so a week end would suit me better, but may be able to work around that.  Quit work perhaps 8)  I know what's far more important.............the mini meet. ;D
