Parochial Records pre 1864

Does anybody have access to the Clonavaddy parochial records? Im looking for a Mary Ann Owens, born either Clonavaddy, Armagh (Co) or Down anywhere between 1859-1864.
Parents are Bernard Owens and Eliza Fox. Any info on their marriage would be appreciated also, as I have nothing, only that other children, Mary Ann's siblings, were
Peter 1865
Peter 1869
Bernard 1871
Eliza 1874
Joseph 1879
Any help on this family appreciated, especially if anybody can find them in Clonavaddy. The family later moved to Scotlsnd in the 1880's.
