BDM DEVON - HEATH

I am looking for information (BDM) on Peter Heath who was born at Malborough, Devon - I think he was married twice, the first time in 1925
and then to Elizabeth in 1934.  Also how to get birth certificate for Richard Heath, son of Peter.  Could someone please tell me how to go about this?

Dear Rosalind,

you will be able to purchase the certificate from the local registry office http://www.torbay.gov.uk/index/living/lifeevents/register-office/certficates-searches.htm   or from the General Register Office in Southport.
You will need to know the dob approx and at least the year.The full name and to help them find the correct certifcate, his fathers name, most of which you have.
