Thanks. I'm a little confused because the advert when it was sold back in the 1970s gave the address as 18-20-22 Charles St.

Could be both High Street and Charles Street- they both run together to become Coleraine Road.

The present address for Albany Villas is 59 High St. Could Albany Villas have run between High St. and Charles St.? Does anyone know if 59 High St backs on to 18-22 Charles St? There seems to be a shortage of on-line maps for Ballymoney. I've found the one on the Ballymoney website but you can't search for postcodes.

Checked on Virtual Earth and 59 High St. comes up on left side of street (Charles St. is to the right) looking towards Coleraine Rd. 18 Charles St. comes up further away from Coleraine Rd.- don't know how accurate that is.
Am in Ballymoney fairly often and will take a look there soon. (I know the area but can't recall exactly which way the buildings are there).

Thanks aghadowey. The property was described as a spacious semi-detached residence with yard to rear and lawn to front. There was a drawing room, dining room, kitchen and scullery on the ground floor; a sitting room, 3 bedrooms and bathroom on first floor, and 3 attic bedrooms. There was also a substantial 2-storey commercial building and a store. It has probably changed by now but the description might help.

I've just seen zander's message - sounds promising.
