Would any kind person be able to assist me with any information on this most unusual surname and its family members?

Particularly with extracts from the 1881 Census record of George and Christina Venerus and family living Stirlingshire 1881?

Hi Pilgrims Progress, If you post a query in two places, it is a very good idea to cross-reference the posts. Otherwise RootsChatters can waste time duplicating, on one thread, searches which have already been posted on the other thread

Unbelievable - so much to digest on what you have kindly supplied on the Venurus Family. Regret the duplication on the two sites - had no idea there would be any response from either site.
