Charles Martin born 1816 in Kemerton father of Sarah Lavinia
wife Sarah may be Roberts
His was father possibly William

Kemerton fell under Tewkesbury for registration. The only Sarah Martin I can find born at the right period is:

There are a fair few Martins spread around the Tewkesbury Parish registers. May be worth your while to search through:
