What info;is definitely contained in these record,s? I'm after N.O.K+Home address at enlistment,plus any other relevant goodie,s.

Hello Goggy ,
For the information you are after you would have to be very lucky and hope that his service records survive. There is sometimes a remote chance of an address on reverse of MIC, you can order this from Great War Forum, but none of mine had anything on reverse. I don't think you should pin any hopes on medal rolls.

Theres sometimes an Absent Voters List if your man was away in 1918 theres a possibility his address may be on it.
Try posting his name and any info you may get lucky.

thank you for your replie,s.
I am trying to find civilian details of this man,and have other 'tracers' on the job,all to no avail.As yet!
Anything that give,s a hint is chased up,thus the few detail,s I now have!
