19th Century Baptist Obituaries...
« on: Sunday 17 June 07 19:11 BST (UK) »
Some years ago I came across some very useful and interesting obituaries for distant relatives in "The Methodist Magazine". I wonder if anyone can tell me if the Baptists produced similar magazines with obituaries for their members?

I am particularly interested in finding obituaries for my 5 x great grandparents John White who died in September 1867 at Spalding, Lincolnshire and his wife Mary White who died in May 1846 at Holbeach, Lincolnshire.

If magazines do exist, does anyone know if they are easily accessible?

Thanks in advance,
Mark

What a great link Stan! Just a shame the years I am particularly interested in do not appear. Many thanks, anyway. It's great to have access to other volumes to see what the Baptists were up to in any case.

Thanks once again.
