Would you please restore this faded photo taken in North-Eastern Ontario in the late 1920s?

What a wonderful photo.  I have just cleaned and darkened it a little, hope it's ok.

Many thanks to both of you for your fine work.

Could you please advise me -- the photo was scanned at 600.  If it were cropped, then scanned again, would the faces be more clear?
