Medal identification/pictures website?

I believe my Great grandfather to the left here recieved a bronze star and a Gemaizah 1888 medal Can anyone direct me to a site with better pictures of the medals?

Didn't find a Gemaizeh medal (internet search), but I found an Egypt medal, with Gemaizeh bar

Here's the pair together, Egypt Medal & Khedive's Star. Can't find an image of the medal with Gemaizeh bar but you get the idea
