Don't know who his parents were, but in 1841 he is listed as 34 1851 he is not there with her, 1861 she is a widow.  I believe he was buried in June 1841 aged 33 making his birth year circ 1808.

there is a john mitchel baptised tolpuddle 15/08/1807 , son of thomas and ann, that must be my thomas and his second wife, i mentioned before.

ok, so he is the younger half brother of your ancestor?  His wife Sarah Hammett was sister to James TPM. 
I see you also research Pearse/Pearce is that in the Tolpuddle/Southover area too?
