Bray family of Cambourne

[Goorikidz]

Any connection to Edmund Bray and Ann Hocking of Cambourne married 1797.  Their son Edmund wife Mary Dennis, children Edmund, James, Caroline and William emmigrated to Australia in 1858.

I do not have the 1841 census and would love to have it.
I do know that when they left England they had lived in Centenary Row, Cambourne, they were copper miners there.
We are visiting England next May and hope to visit Cambourne as we would love to see the village they came from, as they ended out in western New South Wales running pubs here.

Hi Janette I did a look up for someone some year or 2 ago (Not Rootschat) and when I saw this On your Line I had a feeling it would connect...finally located it and it sure does sadly I have no idea who I did it for now but did find the 41 and 51 census entries for Bray camborne mining saved on disc in case it tied in with my Bray connection one day and your family r in it so thought I would pass it all on to u....sure it will help u
