Walter Self was born in 1858 and married a Mary Maria Edwards born 1853 Newmarket Suffolk. His brother John married an Elizabeth Clarke born Hopton Suffolk in 1871, however she died 1879. John then travelled to Clitheroe Lancashire and married Emily Bushby. They had Alice Emily 1886, Jemima Maggie 1887, George Henry 1890, Malvern Lillie 1992, Walter Bushby 1892, Frederick Walter 1894, Nellie Maria 1898.
Walter and Mary Maria had four children, Alice Rose 1879, Mary Maria 1880, Rose Jemima 1884 and Harry 1891.
Rose married Alfred Ernest Salisbury born 1908 and lived in Enfield, Middlesex.
